My Plan

3 days a week: 30-45 minutes of cardio (Running using the Couch to 5K plan)

2 days a week:  Strength Training

  • push-ups
  • crunches
  • squats
  • arm work

1 day a week:  Yoga

Monday:  Run

Tuesday: Weights

Wednesday:  Off

Thursday:  Run

Friday: Weights

Saturday: Run

Sunday: Yoga
